This is cross cutting in all CAMGEW activities. Youths hold the future in their hands. There is need to invest in them to grow up and take over. Their economic, social, cultural, psychological and moral empowerment is important. CAMGEW invest in youths to provide them sources of livelihoods that are adapted to their local realities. CAMGEW invest in youths by creating a favourable environment for their growth.

CAMGEW gives youths opportunities in various vocational trainings, education, various capacity buildings in other CAMGEW programmes, opportunities for internship/volunteering and employment. CAMGEW team is made up of young people. CAMGEW also does mentorship for youths and organize them to various groups to build solidarity, networking and change makers.
