CAMGEW 2023 board meeting started in Yaounde on the 26th October 2023. A gender balanced board made up of 5 makes and 5 females, this board meeting had the following objectives:

1- presentation of 2023 activities, challenges and recommendations by the execution team.

2- brainstorm on CAMGEW  vision, mission statement, objectives, target area and target population and ensure they reflect the present realities of CAMGEW interventions.

3-adopt new resolutions on the organisations strategy.

4- make recommendations for fund raising, replication of activities to other areas, human resources challenges and networking opportunities.
